Delivery And Returns

All pieces are sent in a hand stamped gift box with ribbon.

UK Delivery is FREE.

We ship our UK orders with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, which is insured and reliable. Please make sure that there is someone available to sign for the parcel. You will be emailed a notification including a tracking number once sent. Delivery times are between 1-3 working days* unless otherwise specified on the product page.

EU & REST OF THE WORLD

This service is charged at £10

For international orders, we ship using Royal Mail’s international signed for service or Airsure, which ships to most countries. It may require a signature upon arrival.  Delivery times are 4-14 days. You will be emailed a tracking number for your parcel once sent.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipping outside of the UK there may be certain import duties, taxes or clearances fees applied to the parcel when entering your country. Please contact your local authorities to obtain the correct information on any applicable charges.

*Our working hours are Monday – Friday 10AM – 5PM. If the product is in stock we will ship it immediately. For pieces that are not in stock, we will make it for you and it may take up to 3 days for the item to ship. For the Monarch range shipping time can be up to 10 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will do our very best for you to be happy with our jewellery, but if you are not fully satisfied we can offer an exchange within 28 days or a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your order. This excludes items that are custom made, made to order and anything in the sales section, these are non returnable and non refundable.

This is providing the piece is received in the same condition it was sent to you.  You will cover the postage charges and we recommend that you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail’s Special delivery as we cannot be held responsible for loss in the post.  Email us your request and we will be in touch with how to proceed. info@dynastyjewellery.com
